Dong Guan Quanly Technology Co. Ltd founded in 2008, is a company specializes in developping, manufacturing and marketing brushless motor, brushless motor speed controller for surfboard, hydrofoil, RC car/airplan/boat.

Quanly Technology has experienced R&D Engineer and testing Lab. To develop advanced brushless motor and ESC to meet the requirements of the marketing, Quanly has CNC machine workshops, assembly workshops to make sure a fast, high-quality and controllable process from developping, producing to delivery.

Quanly main products are: Water-proof/water-cooling motor and ESC for surfborad, hydrofoil, boat, sensored/sensorless/encoder E-power system for multi-rotor craft, helicopter, gliding aircraft, RC models, and so on, Quanly products have been sold to far-away Europe, America, Japan and other area.
